WHY IT WORKS:

Nutrition should not be one-size-fits-all

Working with a dietitian means getting a tailor-made nutrition plan. During an assessment, the dietitian will learn about your existing health concerns, your current health condition, your needs and goals, before devising a plan.

We are dedicated to providing up-to-date nutrition information that is evidence-based. Our dietitians will always work with you to come up with a specific plan that supports your health goals to make successful lifestyle changes.

Once you book an appointment, we will ask you to keep a 3 day food record. Try to send this to us before your appointment to make time during your appointment for the dietitian to delve into more specifics.

Due to COVID-19, we will not be offering beverages at this time. Try to have your drink and a snack beforehand if needed.

You are welcome to take notes during the session, our dietitian will also provide you with a personal recommendations list for you to keep!
